Who We Are
We’re the people who plan, design, and build every site with care. From development and strategy to operations and content, we work closely to turn your goals into lasting digital solutions.
Cisco has been building websites since 2018 and founded Essential Downtime in 2023. He leads design and development on every project, from the Webflow front end to the apps behind it, and he’s the person you’ll talk to about where your business is headed online.
Most days, you’ll find him deep in a build, tuning a playlist, or streamlining a system to make life (and work) flow better.
Emma co-founded Essential Downtime and leads operations and finance: agreements, invoicing, planning, and the systems that keep every project on track.
You’ll usually find her working with a cat in her lap surrounded by happy plants, keeping both the team and her space thriving.
Anthony works on our clients’ websites and apps day to day, from Webflow builds and quality checks to the automation that keeps everything running.
He’s often the first person you’ll hear from, and he keeps every conversation clear about what’s possible and what it takes.
