With a focus on clarity, strategy, and empowerment, Cisco works closely with businesses to create digital foundations that support their goals for years to come. His approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in making great design accessible. Most days, you’ll find him deep in a build, tuning a playlist, or streamlining a system to make life (and work) flow better.

As Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Emma leads the day-to-day operations at Essential Downtime with a focus on clarity, communication, and client success. She ensures projects stay on track, systems run smoothly, and every collaboration feels grounded and intentional.

Whether she’s guiding a project from behind the scenes or working directly with clients, she brings a strong sense of structure to our creative work. You’ll usually find her working with a cat in her lap surrounded by happy plants, keeping both the team and her space thriving.

As Communications Officer and Web Development Advisor, he helps business owners and teams understand what’s possible with a custom-built website, and whether Essential Downtime is the right fit for their goals. He’s here to guide and offer thoughtful advice rooted in our values of empowerment, clarity, and ownership.
